Privacy Policy

GWP Routes (gwproutes.com and the GWP Routes apps) is a free tool that helps Frontier Airlines GoWild! pass holders find flights with open seats. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and name. If you sign up with a password, we store a salted hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• Your searches and saved items. Routes you save and the seat alerts you create (origin, destination, dates, price limits, and where to send the alert: your email, a Discord or custom webhook URL, or a Telegram chat ID).
• Usage counts. How many searches and flight lookups your account runs each day. We use this to keep the service fast, to cover its running costs, and to stop abuse. We do not keep a log of the specific searches you make beyond your saved routes and alerts.
• Messages you send us. Feedback or support messages, and your email if you include it.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type). We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use advertising cookies. A signed session cookie keeps you signed in.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for advertising or track you across other apps and websites.
• We never receive your Frontier login or booking details. You book directly on flyfrontier.com.

How we use it

To run your account, search flights, send the seat alerts you ask for, respond to your messages, keep the service secure, and understand overall usage so we can improve it.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel (hosting and analytics).
• Neon (database).
• Resend (sending alert and feedback emails).
• Google (optional sign-in).
• A proxy provider, used only to retrieve Frontier’s public flight data. No personal information is sent through it.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Some links on the site, such as hotels and tours, are affiliate links. If you click one, that partner’s own cookies and privacy policy apply.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it yourself at any time on the Delete account page, in the website or the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved routes, alerts and usage counts. Backups and logs held by our providers are removed on their normal schedules.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask a question about this policy, through our Support page. If you are in a place with data protection laws that give you additional rights, we will honor them.

Children

GWP Routes is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you.
